    Earthworks & foundations

    Site preparation and pouring of insulated concrete slab foundations.

  2. SUMMER 2026

    Masonry & timber frame

    Raising the traditional Alpine larch frame.

  3. AUTUMN 2026

    Watertight & airtight

    Installing large-format joinery and roof.

  4. WINTER 2026

    Second fix

    Insulation, plumbing, electricity, underfloor heating.

  5. WINTER 2027

    Interior finishes

    Floors, custom furniture, kitchen, bathrooms.

  6. SPRING 2027

    Handover & opening

    Chalet handover and first bookings opening.
